March 8 and 9 Workshop

Team Input: Hi Adele here.

For these two days to be most worthwhile for your team, what do you need:

To learn:
some strategies that will effectively tackle those people who just cannot speak up in the room despite there being an invitation and real permission to do so.

To have time to do:
need to de brief after our recent presentation, tackle an issue and have time to plan for our next leadership session that will be about 3 hours and off site

To investigate:
examples of successful schools or systems that have achieved what we are hoping to do

During the two workshop days, how can I (as your learning partner mentor) best support you in your learning and the work you want to do?

would very much appreciate your input on an issue that came out of the leadership meeting as it goes to the core of what we are trying to achieve re how we interact and learn from one another. if you have time your input into our planning for the next session would be good as well!

You will have choices of professional readings during the workshop and the opportunity to test out some different learning conversation structures – what are your current areas of interest so that I can source appropriate readings (or feel free to suggest)?
I trust you in this department

Also, what are some other learning conversation purposes (in addition to Ideas to Action) that you think/know the Leadership team would want to consider or explore? Lyndal and MJ were very impressed with Elli not sure if this is appropriate to share at this session?? they seem to practice some coaching conversations that might be useful for our purposes as well?
